The client must pay 50% upfront for any order.

The artist will have 2 commission slots.

All orders must be paid in British Pound Sterling (GBP).

All products will be delivered digitally.

Customers have the right to have three revisions during the sketching phase.

The customer can cancel any order at any time - though kill fees will be applied.

The Artist can cancel and refund any order at any time.

Every order must be used for personal use only.

The artist will not sell a commercial license for his artworks.

The customer is prohibited to use any products for NFTS, AI, crypto currency, or otherwise any blockchain-related technology.

The client agrees to pay the total amount of any orders they have requested.

The artist will use PayPal as the only financial transaction; this is not negotiable.

All orders must be paid in the artist’s currency, which is British Pound Sterling; no other currencies are accepted during the transaction.

The client bears responsibility to cover any conversion costs, alongside any payment fees PayPal may charge.

The artist will not charge the seller to cover any transaction fees on their own end.

The client agrees to pay 50% upfront for any digital pieces upon approval of the sketch.

The work will not commence further until the customer has made the payment following the sketching phase.

Any orders above £150+ can be requested to have a payment schedule, with a monthly payment or at any earlier convenience. The payment schedule must not overlap for 6 months. This has to be agreed upon by both parties.

A fixed payment amount and schedule must be established earlier on the request; if there haven’t been any updates from the customer for 2 weeks, the artist will cancel on their own accord [with cancellation fees added*] if any progress was made.

The artist will have to establish early on if any complexity fees will be added to the product.

Due to the new Internet Safety Act that has been established recently within the United Kingdom, the artist will have limited access to direct messages via popular social media, such as Twitter (X), and Bluesky. Because of this, the preferred platform for inquiries is Discord.

If the client uses references hosted from Imgur, or any other sites that have been restricted within this new Act, the artist must request that the reference to provided by another image hosting site. If all else fails, the references can be provided via email.

The digital products will have an approximate delivery time of two weeks; certain orders may have their own adjusted timetable. The seller will notify the client if this is the case.

It is the sole responsibility of the artist to notify the client if any delays occur, if possible.

The client will be notified if their request is currently in the queue.

The customer agrees that the product will be delivered digitally via the platforms the artist chooses to begin the transaction.

All paid digital products will be in a png format, with 600 DPI, however, this can be lowered by the client's request.

Paid artworks are often 1000px by 1000px, the client can request the canvas size to be smaller or larger.

The artist currently does not provide any physical deliveries.

The artist can archive any paid commission work from the customers upon request. However, it is not a guarantee in the case of the artist losing the files due to unforeseen circumstances.

Upon delivery of the product, the artist cannot guarantee to keep a copy of the past paid commission works in case the customer loses their files.

The customer has the right to be granted 3 revisions during the sketches phase, free of charge.

Revisions will be considered free if the changes are minor and trivial to the artwork.

However, revisions that are considered to be demanding or will take extra effort will need to be agreed upon by both parties and will result in a proportional addition to the order value.

Revisions may delay the product delivery, and this will be notified to the client.

The client has the right to remain anonymous throughout the transaction via Trello, Commission reposting, etc. If requested.

It is the sole responsibility of the artist to keep any government information, including but not limited to personal information, age, location, etc, between both parties only.

The client has the right to inform the artist whether or not they consent to their paid product being posted on the public web.

The customer has the right to request a full refund if there’s been no progress for a month. Or when the product has not been completed within three months*.

However, these provisions will be excluded if the artist experiences work interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances. It is the sole responsibility of the artist to update their clients on the status, if any delays may occur.

The customer agrees to contact the artist promptly, regardless of product updates to clarifications. If the customer has yet to respond to the artist for any progress updates within 24 hours, the order will be on hold, and if there has been no response for over two weeks, the artist will give a refund and cancel the project entirely. Cancellation fees will be added depending on the progress of the product.

The artist has the right to cancel any orders at any time without giving a reason; the refund will be the full amount back to the respective client.

The product received is for personal use only.

The artist will not accept any freelance work and will solely work on personal products for the client.

The client is allowed to have their work printed and manufactured for personal use only.

The client does not have the right to use the product for any blockchain technology, which includes, but is not limited to, NFTS, cryptocurrencies and any assortments of minting.

This includes that the customer has no right to feed the artwork for any Generative AI, AI datasets or any machine learning that is closely related to Generative use of AI.
